Booking requests

Submitting the online form requests an appointment; it does not automatically confirm one. A booking becomes confirmed only after Halls Elite Cleaning Services contacts you and agrees the date, time, service, access arrangements and price.

Prices

Website prices are estimates. The final price may vary according to property size, condition, furnishings, access, parking, requested extras and the time reasonably required. Hourly services have a two-hour minimum unless agreed otherwise.

Access and information

Please provide accurate property and access information, including any parking restrictions, pets, alarms, fragile items or areas that should not be entered.

Changes and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel an agreed appointment, please telephone 07762 114 322 as early as possible. Any cancellation terms that apply will be explained when the booking is confirmed.

Safety

We may decline or pause work where conditions are unsafe, where specialist hazardous-material handling is required, or where the requested work differs materially from the confirmed booking.
